THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GLOBALIZATION AND CULTURE

1. Summary
Globalization refers to the rapid development and deepening of interconnections and interdependencies that specify substances without giving priority or causal priority to everything that happens simultaneously within the realm of economic, political, and technological development. The fields related here are things like social, economic, and cultural life in the modern world.
These are not individually separated, but are connected in many ways. Also, regardless of any class, it refers to the things that we "all" can do and encounter in "daily life." Since this occurs in daily life, it also has a lot of influence on daily life styles.
There are many processes of globalization, but there are those that deal with empirical judgment and the economy of global markets.
Globalization is an inevitable culture and says that any particular 'event' can be interpreted meaningfully. One common assumption about the globalization process is that it leads to a global culture. And in the end, even in other areas, the effect of 'connection' beyond physical and distance limits can be clearly seen. In particular, a tightly integrated system of global markets can prove its model more firmly in the economic field.
Although it has advantages such as dominating the global product market, having cultural implications, and feeling a sense of cultural belonging, it should not be overlooked that cultural dominance can take place and uniformity.
This globalization was attributed to the "acceleration of technology" such as the development of technology in the modern world, remote mediation, and the rapid pace of electronic communication.

2. Interesting poing
"In globalization, people, in certain circumstances, are willing to sacrifice these other needs to their conviction of purpose and good."
"The end of existence The shared stories that make our existence meaningful are culture itself. It has been studied quite rightly in general, and has shaped that way."
"There is a globalization in which living experience as an expression, text, and context is a culture and can share it with other countries."
The following phrases were interesting.
This is because it was possible to examine the meanings inherent behind it, not just a sociological approach to culture and globalization.
Both culture and globalization are things we are experiencing in our lives, but they are abstract things that we cannot see or touch in person. It's amazing to feel, experience, and learn these things all over your body.

3. Discussion point
"Globalization includes controversial definitions of what good, virtuous, and dignified life includes."
There is a topic I would like to discuss in this area. I would like to discuss what I think of 'self-culture-centeredism, cultural four-dayism'.
Good, virtuous, and dignified lives are difficult to express as objective indicators. This is because it is a subjective factor that reflects subjectivity and the standards can vary for each person who has lived in each country.
For globalization, there must be a unified point of each country about this, and if it is not the same position as "cultural relativism," a position like "self-culturally centeredism, cultural historicalism" can be expressed.
Therefore, in terms of culture and globalization, I would like to discuss 'self-culture-centeredism, cultural historicalism', and further 'extreme cultural relativism'.
(Note: What is extreme cultural relativism?
When cultural relativism is extremely used, it refers to acts that harm the universal value of mankind, such as pure clothing, cannibalism, and human sacrifice.)
