Globalization is a multi-dimensional process. Globalization is a new phenomenon that has emerged increasingly in the world since the 1980s, and it is the basic feature of the present era. Globalization is not only in the economic field. Globalization is a diversified concept with economic globalization as the core, which includes the interaction, influence and restriction of various countries, nationalities and regions in politics, culture, science and technology, military, security, ideology, way of life, values and other levels and fields.

With the development of economic globalization and the close penetration of economy and culture, the relationship between the national character of culture and the world is getting closer and closer. Therefore, the issue of cultural globalization has been put on the agenda. The relationship between globalization and culture is a kind of complementary relationship, globalization is in the center of modern culture; Cultural practices are at the center of globalization.

Cultural globalization is inevitable and conforms to the development of The Times. Firstly, the impact of consumerism on culture With the globalization of cultural consumption, culture is rapidly popularized around the world. Consumer culture has penetrated into every corner of the world with its popularity and universality. Secondly, the advent of the information age, the development of the Internet and the "global village" also promote the cultural exchanges among countries. Cultural exchanges are inevitable for the development of history. Since the emergence of human culture, there has been communication between different cultures. The culture of every nation and society has the phenomenon of mutual communication and mutual absorption. And with the evolution of history and the development of science and technology, the area of communication is more and more broad, more and more close contacts, mutual influence is also more and more big. Cultural exchange is one of the main driving forces for cultural development and progress.
